钢板加固木梁的受弯性能研究

摘要 为分析钢板加固木梁的受弯性能,文中基于材料力学和弹性力学理论研究了钢板加固木梁抗弯承载能力及弯曲挠度。通过力学分析法建立钢板加固木梁承载能力与材料强度的关系式,给出最优加固方案时的钢板厚度;并对加固木梁弹性阶段的正应力和剪切应力进行分析,根据能量法计算了加固木梁抗弯刚度和剪切刚度,利用单位荷载法求得了加固梁挠度计算公式,给出简单荷载作用下加固木梁跨中挠度表达式。结果表明文中研究的方法对计算钢板加固木梁的弯曲挠度具有较高的计算精度,为粘贴钢板加固木梁设计提供参考。 In order to analyze the bending behavior of timber beams strengthened with steel plate,the flexural bear⁃ing capacity and bending deflection of timber beams strengthened with steel plate are studied based on the theory of material mechanics and elastic mechanics.The relationship between the bearing capacity and the material strength of timber beams strengthened with steel plate is deduced by mechanical analysis in this paper.The thickness of steel plate is provided in the optimal reinforcement scheme.The normal stress and shear stress during the elastic stage of the reinforced wooden beam are analyzed,and the bending and shear stiffness of the reinforced wooden beam are cal⁃culated using the energy method.The deflection calculation formula of the reinforced wooden beam is obtained using the unit load method,and the expression for the mid span deflection of the reinforced wooden beam under simple loads is proposed.The calculation case shows that the method has high accuracy in calculating the bending deflection of steel plate reinforced wooden beams,providing the reference for the design of steel plate reinforced wooden beams.
