摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在腹腔镜下子宫全切术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年4月于我院拟行腹腔镜下子宫全切术的94例患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其分为常规组和观察组,各47例。常规组实施传统护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预3个月后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的下床时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周、干预3个月后,观察组的盆底功能影响问卷简版-7(PFIQ-7)评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效改善腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者的心理状态,降低术后并发症发生风险,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from September 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into conventional group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 47 cases in each group.The conventional group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week after operation and 3 months after intervention,the score of Pelvic Floor Impact Questionaire-Short Form-7(PFIQ-7)in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the quality of life.
