柴油机颗粒捕集器极限碳载量测试方法研究

摘要 本文在发动机台架上进行DTI试验确认最恶劣DTI条件,并基于该条件进行降怠速(DTI)再生耐久试验进行验证,结果表明:在碳载量和再生温度一定的条件下,DTI时刻决定了柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)载体的最高温度;DTI耐久试验中柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)载体一旦开裂,需要降低碳载量重复进行DTI耐久试验,直至足够DTI耐久试验后DPF载体仍然不产生裂纹,从而可以确认极限碳载量。 In this paper,drop to idle(DTI)test is carried out on the engine bench to confirm the worst DTI condition,and DTI regeneration durability test is carried out under this condition to study the limit service condition of diesel particulate filter(DPF).The results show that the maximum temperature of DPF substrate is determined by DTI time under the condition of constant soot load and regeneration temperature.In the durability test,there is a risk of DPF substrate cracking,and is necessary to reduce the soot load and repeat the DTI durability test until sufficient DTI durability achieved without cracks to confirm the ultimate soot load.
