山塘水源消毒副产物生成特性及控制效能评估

Formation of disinfection by-products from water sources in mountain reservoirs and assessment of the control effectiveness of existing water treatment processes

摘要 选取典型山塘水源为研究对象,探究了其溶解性有机物(Dissolved organic matter, DOM)组成及消毒副产物(Disinfection by-products, DBPs)生成特性,并就实际工艺对DBPs前体物削减效果进行了评估。结果表明,山塘水源DOM含量较高,且呈现富营养化特征,类腐殖质及类蛋白为DOM的主要成分;其含碳消毒副产物产率与其他典型地表水接近,但含氮消毒副产物(Nitrogenous DBPs, N-DBPs)产率维持在较高水平[(4.1±0.6)μg/mg DOC],卤乙腈为DBPs毒性的主要贡献物种;常规水处理工艺无法有效去除N-DBPs前体物,预氧化-常规工艺的组合方式提高了DBPs前体物的去除效能,其DBPs相关毒性控制率较之常规工艺提升了24.9%;深度处理的应用进一步降低了DBPs潜在风险,基于预氧化-常规处理-深度处理组合工艺的DBPs毒性削减率约为56.5%,显著高于常规处理工艺(23.6%)。 This study selected a typical mountain pond water source as the research object,ex-plored its dissolved organic matter(DOM)composition,typical DBPs formation characteristics,and assessed the effectiveness of existing processes in reducing DBPs precursors.The results showed that the content of dissolved organic matter(DOM)was high and the source water was characterized by eutrophication.Humic substances and protein-like substances were the main com-ponents of DOM.Carbonaceous disinfection by-products yields of mountain pond water sources were similar to those of other typical surface waters,but nitrogenous disinfection by-products(N-DBPs)yields were relatively higher[(4.1±0.6)μg/mgDOC].HANs were the main contributor to the toxicity of DBPs.The conventional process based on coagulation-sediment-filtration cannot effectively remove N-DBPs precursors such as DON and protein-like substances.The combination of pre-oxidation and conventional process improves the removal efficiency of DBPs precursors,and the DBPs related toxicity control rate is 24.9%higher than the conventional process.The application of ozone advanced treatment further reduced the potential risk of DBPs,and the reduction rate of DBPs toxicity based on the combined pre-oxidation-conventional treatment-ozone oxidation process was about 56.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment process(23.6%).
