摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,冻结步态(freezing of gait,FOG)是PD晚期的一种可以致残的运动症状,严重影响PD患者的生活质量。FOG的治疗包括药物治疗和非药物治疗,目前,药物对FOG的治疗效果十分有限,因此近年来陆续有多种非药物治疗手段应用于FOG的治疗,包括手术、无创性神经调控、补偿疗法、康复训练等。本综述总结了过去几年来针对FOG非药物治疗的研究进展。
Parkinson s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease,in the late stage of which freezing of gait(FOG)is a kind of movement symptom in the late stage of PD that can cause disability,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The treatment of FOG mainly includes pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy.Currently,pharmacological therapy has limited efficacy for FOG.Therefore,a variety of non-pharmacological therapy have been applied to treat FOG,including surgery,noninvasive neuromodulation,compensation therapy,and rehabilitation training,etc.This systematic review summarizes the research progress in non-pharmacological therapy of FOG in the recent years.
