摘要
马克思把共产主义社会之前的各个社会发展阶段统称为“经济的社会形态”演进的几个时代,把以共产主义为基础并开端于共产主义的社会发展阶段称为“人的社会形态”(又称“人类社会”)。从马克思政治经济学批判意义上来讲,“经济的社会形态”逐步向“人的社会形态”转型是人类历史发展的必然趋势,转型的成功必须建立在物质产品丰裕对物质产品短缺扬弃和超越的财富积累机制、资本有机构成不断提高的技术创新机制、需要结构和层次升级的需要动力机制共同作用的基础上。在实现全面建成小康社会目标的基础上,我国迈上了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程。新时代新征程的开启,使我国日益呈现出从“经济的社会形态”向“人的社会形态”转型的特征。这种特征主要体现为三个方面:人的全面发展状态逐渐呈现;需要结构与层次升级对经济社会转型的推动作用日益突出;人类新经济和新文明曙光初现。正确认识习近平关于“新时代新征程”的科学论断,对于准确把握我国“新时代新征程”的转型性质及转型方向,形成推动经济社会形态转型的自觉具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
Marx referred to the various social development stages prior to the communist society as the times of the evolution of"economic social form",and the social development stage based on communism and starting from communism as"human social form"(also known as"human society").From the perspective of the critical implications of Marx's political economy,the gradual transformation from"economic social form"to"human social form"is an inevitable trend in human history.The success of the transformation must be built upon the foundation of mechanisms that involve an abundance of material products rejecting and surpassing scarcity,an accumulation of wealth driven by an increasingly elevated technical innovation mechanism,and the combined influence of mechanisms necessitating structural upgrades and hierarchical advancements.On the basis of achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,China has embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.With the opening of the new era and new journey,China is increasingly showing the characteristics of transformation from"economic social form"to"human social form".This feature is mainly manifested in three aspects:the gradual emergence of a state of comprehensive human development;the increasingly prominent role of the upgrading of need structure and levels in driving economic and social transformation;and the dawn of a new economy and new civilization for humanity.A correct understanding of Xi Jinping's scientific conclusion on the"new era and new journey"is of great theoretical and practical significance for accurately grasping the transformational nature and direction of our nation's"new era and journey,"thereby forming a conscious impetus for the transformation of the economic and social formations.
