摘要
老城历史街区的独特性在于附着其上的文化价值。与一般的城市更新项目不同,历史街区更新的重点应是实现其文化价值和资本价值的再平衡,其更新既是“乡愁”的延续也是挖掘文旅价值的契机。文章分析宿迁不同阶段三种历史街区更新模式,评价其文化价值和资本价值得失,进而得出经验与启示,为未来同类中小型城市在历史街区更新中实现文化与资本的双赢提供借鉴。
Uniqueness of historical blocks in an old town is attributed to cultural values attached to them.Different from general urban renewal projects,renewal of historical blocks focuses on achieving rebalance between their cultural and capital values.In other words,historical block renewal should be both a continuation of"nostalgia'and an opportunity of exploring the corresponding values of cultural tourism.By analyzing three historical block renewal patterns in different periods of Suqian,gains and losses relating to their cultural and capital values were evaluated,so as to obtain experience and enlightenment,and also provide reference for achieving a win-win situation of culture and capital during historical block renewal in middle and small sized cities of the same kind in the future.
