摘要
以不同病害程度的库尔勒香梨树和果园为试材,测定其一年生枝条韧皮部N、P、K含量及土壤中N、P、K含量,在不同浓度梯度的N、P、K培养基上接种库尔勒香梨腐烂病菌,观察并记录菌落形态、生长速率及产孢情况,分析N、P、K含量与病害程度之间的相关性,研究了无机元素N、P、K与库尔勒香梨腐烂病之间的关系,以期为库尔勒香梨腐烂病的综合防治提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度N、P、K对菌落生长的影响表现为随着N含量的增加,病菌生长速率降低,随着P、K浓度的增加,病菌生长速率呈先上升后下降的趋势。库尔勒香梨腐烂病发病程度与土壤K含量及树体K含量呈显著负相关,与土壤及树体N/K、P/K比例均呈显著正相关,即N/K、P/K比例越高,腐烂病发生越严重。果园管理应适量施用氮肥和钾肥,可减轻库尔勒香梨腐烂病发生程度。
Taking Korla pear trees and orchards with different degrees of disease as test materials,the N,P,K content in the phloem of annual branches and the N,P,K content in the soil were measured.The Korla pear rot pathogen was inoculated on N,P,K media with different concentration gradients.Colony morphology,growth rate,and spore production were observed and recorded.The correlation between N,P,K content and disease degree was analyzed.The relationship between N,P,K and Korla pear rot disease were studied,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of Korla pear rot disease.The results showed that different concentrations of N,P,K had an impact on the growth of the colony.The growth rate of the fungus decreases with the increase of the N content.With the increasing of the P and concentration,the growth rate of the pathogens first increases and then decreases.The incidence of Valsa canker of Korla pear was negatively correlated with soil K content and tree K content,and positively correlated with soil and tree N/K,P/K ratio.The higher the ratio of N/K,P/K,the more serious the occurrence of Valsa canker.Orchard management should increase the application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers,and pay attention to the application of organic fertilizers,which can reduce the incidence of Korla pear Valsa canker.
