摘要
基于对应用本科、职业本科和高职院校科研特征的比较分析,职业本科院校应重点开展具有自身特色的应用型科研,突出科研的应用性、行业性和地域性特征。基于32所职业本科院校章程的文本分析和2022年质量年报的实证研究结果表明,职业本科院校在横向项目、技术交易、非学历培训及授权专利和专利成果转化等应用型科研成果方面均取得了一定的成绩,但从“理念-规模-结构-效果”维度来看,其应用型科研还存在定位未完全形成、规模较低、发展不够均衡、应用转化效果不佳等实践上的不足。建议完善院校章程与基本制度,加大科研人财物的投入,出台专项强化政策,形成科研转化机制,完善科研评价考核制度,推动职业本科院校形成应用型科研定位,实现其规模拓展、均衡发展、成果转化与教师自觉参与。
Based on comparing the characteristics of scientific research in applied undergraduate colleges,vocational undergraduate colleges,and higher vocational colleges,vocational undergraduate colleges should focus on applied scientific research that reflects their own characteristics,highlighting the application,industrial and regional characteristics of scientific research.The empirical research based on the text analysis of statutes and annual quality reports of in 202232vocational undergraduate colleges shows that vocational undergraduate colleges have made applied scientific research achievements in horizontal projects,technology trading,non-academic training,authorized patents,and the transformation of patents,etc.However,from the“concept-scalestructure-effect”dimension,its applied scientific research still has shortcomings in practice,such as incomplete positioning,low scale,unbalanced development,and poor application and transformation effect.It suggests improving the constitution and basic system of colleges,increasing the investment of scientific research personnel and property,introducing special strengthening policies,forming the mechanism of scientific research transformation,improving the system of scientific research evaluation,to promote the orientation,scale expansion,balanced development,achievement transformation,and teachers’conscious participation of applied scientific research in vocational undergraduate colleges.
