摘要
针对核电站一回路冷却剂温度测量,国内二代核电站中均采用了旁路管线测温方案,即在主管道上引入测温旁路管线。该方案已不能适应三代核电机组的要求。在三代核电设计中,取消了旁路管线设计,采用在主管道上直接测温的方式。针对测点布置、温度计数量等进行了分析优化,并针对一回路热管段的热分层效应,创新性地提出了测温搅混管嘴的设计。该设计能有效减少热管段热分层对测量准确度的影响。通过主管道内冷却剂流场和温度场的流体力学分析,得到优化后的一回路主管道直接测温方案。核电机组的实际运行结果表明,该方案能够准确、有效地测量一回路冷却剂温度,从而保障核电机组的安全、稳定运行。
For the measurement of coolant temperature in the primary circuit of nuclear power plant,the bypass pipeline temperature measurement programme has been adopted in the second⁃generation nuclear power plants in China,i.e,.the temperature measurement bypass pipeline is introduced in the main pipeline.This programme has not been able to adapt to the requirements of third⁃generation nuclear power units.In the design of third⁃generation nuclear power plant,the design of bypass line is canceled,and the way of direct temperature measurement on the main pipe is adopted.Analysis and optimization are carried out for the arrangement of measurement points and the number of thermometers,etc.,and the design of temperature measuring and mixing nozzle is innovatively put forward for the thermal stratification effect of the hot pipe section of the primary circuit.This design can effectively reduce the impact of thermal stratification of the heat pipe section on the measurement accuracy.Through the hydrodynamic analysis of the coolant flow field and temperature field in the main pipeline,the optimized direct temperature measurement program for the primary circuit main pipeline is obtained.The actual operation results of the nuclear power unit show that this programme can accurately and effectively measure the coolant temperature of the primary circuit,thus guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power unit.
