摘要
皮部是中医经络腧穴系统的重要组成部分,具有“卫外固表、抵御外邪”的作用。文章从皮部的概念、分布、功能的出处渊源着手,寻找皮部“固表”理论的中医理论依据。并结合现代医学皮肤功能研究的方法与成果,比较皮部“固表”理论与皮肤免疫功能的异同,介绍皮部“固表”理论的免疫学研究成果。最后总结皮部“固表”理论在推拿疗法中的指导作用、临床与实验研究成果以及不足之处、未来研究思路,并提出后疫情时代,皮部“固表”理论应该在推拿等中医外治方法中得到更广泛的应用。
Local skin is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory,which has the function of“Defending exterior,resisting exterior evil”.The paper starts with the origin of the concept,distribution and function of the local skin to fi nd the theoretical basis of the theory of“gu biao”in traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the methods and achievements of skin function research in modern medicine,the paper compares the similarities and differences between the theory of local skin of“gu biao”and skin immune function,and introduces the immunological research results of the theory of local skin of“gu biao”.At last,the paper summarized the guiding function,clinical and experimental research results,shortcomings and future research ideas of the theory of local skin of“gu biao”in massage therapy.The paper suggests that in the post-epidemic era,the theory of local skin of“gu biao”should be more widely used in the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as massage.
