摘要
针对胜利一号露天电铲作业时电缆移动不方便问题,设计了1种电铲尾线电缆卷放车,介绍了电铲尾线电缆卷放车的总体结构及行走总成、平台与机房总成、放线总成等部件;详细介绍了前放线和后放线总成的结构和工作原理及该卷放车的电气和控制系统。结果表明:通过试制与现场的试验,该电铲尾线电缆卷放车结构设计合理,操作方便。
Aiming at the problem that the cable is not easy to move during the shovel operation of Shengli No.1 Open-pit Mine,the article designs a kind of electric shovel tail line cable winding car,introduces the overall structure of electric shovel tail line cable winding car,and introduces the components of the walking assembly,the platform and the machine room assembly,the wiring assembly and so on.The article introduces the structure and working principle of the front and rear pay-off assembly,and introduces electrical and control system of electric shovel tail line cable winding car.The results show that through trial production and field experiment,the structure design of electric shovel tail line cable winding car is reasonable and easy to operate.
