摘要
泸州作为“四渡赤水”战役的主战场,保存着丰富多样的红色资源。以古蔺县和叙永县“四渡赤水”红色资源(县级以上)为研究样本,得出以下结论:从红色资源的分布现状来看,存在“热度不集聚”现象;从红色资源的保护现状来看,存在“非橄榄型”现象;从红色资源的利用现状来看,存在“价值单一”现象。基于此,提出泸州市“四渡赤水”红色资源的创新开发路径:以党史学习教育活动为推手,发挥党建引领作用;以现场教学点建设为抓手,发挥党校带动作用;以实施乡村振兴战略为帮手,发挥产业撬动作用。
As the main battlefield of the“Four Crossings of Chishui River”campaign,Luzhou City preserves rich and diverse red resources.Taking the“Four Crossings of Chishui River”red resources(above county level)in Gulin County and Xuyong County as research samples,we can draw the following conclusions:in terms of the distribution status of red resources,there is a phenomenon of“lack of concentration”;in terms of protection status of red resources,there is a phenomenon of“non-olive-shape type”;in terms of the utilization status of red resources,there is a phenomenon of“single-use value”.Based on this,the innovative development path of the“Four Crossings of Chishui River”red resources in Luzhou City is proposed:giving full play to the leading role of Party building,with Party's history learning and education activities as the driving force;giving full play to the leading role of the Party schools,with the construction of on-site teaching sites as the focus;giving full play to the leveraging role industry,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as the support.
