芽孢杆菌对草鱼养殖水质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)养殖过程水质的影响,该研究以复合芽孢杆菌为主要的微生物,选用体质量平均为(46.0±1.5)g的草鱼900尾,随机分为3组,即对照组、试验1组和试验2组。每个小组3个重复,每个重复100尾。对照组投喂基础饲料;试验1组每隔8d在养殖的池塘中分别泼洒2×10^(8)CFU/m^(3)的芽孢杆菌复合菌粉;试验2组投喂基础饲料,同时每隔8d在养殖的池塘中分别泼洒2×10^(8)CFU/m^(3)的芽孢杆菌复合菌粉。整个试验为期32d。试验结束后采集水样测定其氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮的含量。结果发现,试验1组的氨氮含量、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮和总无机氮极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01),显著的低于试验2组(P<0.05)。说明试验1组的水质优于试验2组,更优于对照组。在没有饲料投喂情况下,使用枯草芽孢杆菌复合菌粉对草鱼养殖水质的环境最优,同时饲料和枯草芽孢杆菌复合菌粉一起饲喂也可以显著降低水质中氨氮及亚硝酸盐的含量。 In order to study the effect of Bacillus on the water quality of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)during aquaculture,the study was carried out using Bacillus complex as the main microorganisms,900 grass carp with an average body mass of(46.0±1.5)g were selected and randomly divided into three groups,i.e.,control,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2.Each group had three replicates of 100 fishes each.The control group was fed with basic feed;test group 1 was splashed with 2×10^(8)CFU/m^(3)of Bacillus complex powder every 8 days;test group 2 was fed with basic feed and splashed with 2×10^(8)CFU/m^(3)of Bacillus complex powder every 8 day in the breeding ponds.The whole experiment lasted for 32 days.At the end of the experiment,water samples were collected to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen.It was found that the content of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total inorganic nitrogen in the test group 1 was very significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01)and significantly lower than that in the test group 2(P<0.05).This indicates that the water quality of test group 1 was better than test group 2 and even better than the control group.In the absence of feed feeding,the use of Bacillus subtilis composite bacterial powder is environmentally optimal for grass carp aquaculture water quality,while feeding feed and Bacillus subtilis composite bacterial powder together can also significantly reduce the content of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in water quality.
