摘要
为了探索不同水平的益生菌制剂对小口白甲鱼(Onychostoma lini)生长性能的影响,选择活力强、体质健康的体长(8.1±0.4)cm、体重(4.2±0.4)g的小口白甲鱼120尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10尾。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、1%、3%、5%益生菌制剂。预试验1周,试验期为9周。试验结束后测定各组小口白甲鱼的生长性能。结果显示,试验I组、试验Ⅲ组小口白甲鱼的体重绝对增长率、体长绝对增长率和增积量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组小口白甲鱼体重绝对增长率、体长绝对增长率和增积量高于对照组(P>0.05)。随着益生菌制剂添加量的升高,小口白甲鱼的肥满度和成活率呈上升趋势。试验Ⅱ组体重绝对增长率、体长绝对增长率和增积量的肥满度显著地高于对照组、试验I组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,饲料中添加3%益生菌制剂可显著提高小口白甲鱼的生长性能。
In order to explore the effects of different levels of probiotic preparations on the growth performance of Onychostoma lini,a one-way randomised design trial was used.One hundred and twenty Onychostoma lini of vigorous and healthy body length(8.1±0.4)cm and body weight(4.2±0.4)g were selected and randomly divided into four groups of 30 snappers each with three parallel replicates of 10 snappers in each group.The control,testⅠ,testⅡand testⅢgroups were supplemented with 0%,1%,3%and 5%probiotic preparations in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test was conducted for 1 week and the test period was 9 weeks.The growth performance of Onychostoma lini in each group was determined at the end of the experiment.The results showed that the absolute growth rate of body weight,absolute growth rate of body length and increment of Onychostoma lini in test groupⅠand test groupⅢwere significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the absolute growth rate of body weight,absolute growth rate and increment of body weight of Onychostoma lini in test groupⅡwere higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).With the elevation of probiotic preparation,the fattening degree and survival rate of Onychostoma lini showed an upward trend.The absolute growth rate of body weight,the absolute growth rate and the fattening of accretion in the testⅡgroup were significantly higher than those of the control group,the testⅠgroup and the testⅢgroup(P<0.05),and very significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Studies have shown that the addition of a 3%probiotic preparation to the feed significantly improved the growth performance of Onychostoma lini.
