摘要
随着战争向智能化方向演进发展,分布式智能指挥控制正成为新的指挥控制模式,智能技术赋能网络信息体系,作战体系按需构建和作战能力即时生成成为可能.在“分布式作战”“马赛克战”等概念分析基础上,提出了分布式智能指挥控制的体系架构、运行机制和关键技术,为分布式智能指挥控制研究提供了新的思路与借鉴参考.
With the development of intelligent warfare,distributed intelligent command and control is becoming a new command and control mode,and it is possible to build the combat system on demand and generate the combat capability in real time under the power of intelligent technology.Based on the concepts of distributed operations and mosaic warfare,the architecture,operation mechanism and key technologies of distributed intelligent command and control are proposed,providing new ideas and reference for the research of distributed intelligent command and control.
