摘要
鼻整形术是整形外科的重要组成部分,同时也是难度较高的手术之一。近年来,随着手术技术的不断改良,手术材料及医疗设备的革新,鼻整形术取得了长足的发展。如内窥镜的应用不仅使组织的损伤减小,并且使手术转为可视化,更加精准。人工智能、3D生物打印材料以及术中导航技术的应用也让鼻整形术向精准化、便捷化、智慧化发展。然而,鼻整形领域现阶段仍存在一些问题以及发展空间,现就当前智慧化鼻整形的热点与前沿问题作一评述。
Rhinoplasty is an important component of Plastic Surgery and also one of the most difficult surgeries.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of surgical techniques,the innovation of surgical materials and medical equipment,nasal plastic surgery has made significant progress.The use of endoscopes not only reduces tissue damage but also makes surgery more accurate in visualization.The development of artificial intelligence,3D bioprinting materials,and intraoperative navigation technology has also made rhinoplasty more precise,convenient,and intelligent.However,there are still some problems and development space in the field of rhinoplasty at the current stage.This article reviews the hot and cutting-edge issues of intelligent rhinoplasty.
