下承式异形截面拱形钢架斜交桥结构受力分析

摘要 潮白河特大桥主桥为下承式简支桁架组合拱桥,由3联跨径布置为110 m的拱桥组成,平面斜交布置。斜交桥相比于正交桥梁受力情况更为复杂,同时拱形钢架桥在拱肋与桥面板的连接处受力情况也是复杂问题,且容易发生疲劳等危害,简单的梁单元模型不能对结构连接处进行细部分析。因此,采用ABAQUS软件建立桥梁板壳单元模型,对下承式异形截面拱形钢架斜交桥进行受力分析,重点研究了连接节点的疲劳性能以及支座位置处加密横隔板的受力分析,辅助完成桥梁结构的设计,保证桥梁结构在使用过程中的安全可靠。 The main bridge of Chaobaihe River Bridge adopts simply supported through arch structure with composite truss system,which has three spans of l10m with inclined supports.Compared with straight bridge structure,skew bridge structure has more complex stress distribution;meanwhile,the stress distribution in the joints between arch rib and bridge deck is also a complicated problem,and is prone to fatigue damage.Simple beam element model cannot develop detailed analysis on the structure joint,thus,shell element model is established by using ABAQUS software in the paper.The structural performance is studied on skew through arch bridge with shaped sections.The fatigue performance of the joints and the stress analyses of the encrypted diaphragm at supports are mainly studied to assist the optimized design of the bridge structure and ensure the safety and reliability during the service time.
