摘要
茶叶精深加工是未来茶产业发展的重要方向,也是提升产品附加值和茶产业经济效益的重要方式。乌龙茶作为我国的经典名茶,深受国内外爱茶人士的青睐。目前乌龙茶在精深加工上已取得了较好的成效,但依然存在一定的不足,阻碍了乌龙茶产业的发展。本文在分析茶叶精深加工对乌龙茶产业作用的基础上,深入探讨茶叶精深加工技术在乌龙茶发展中的应用,并为促进乌龙茶精深加工发展提出有针对性的策略,为乌龙茶产业发展提供有益参考。
Tea deep processing is an important direction for the development of tea industry in the future,and it is also an important way to enhance the added value of products and the economic benefits of tea industry.As a classic famous tea in China,Oolong tea is favored by tea lovers at home and abroad.At present,Oolong tea has achieved good results in deep processing,but there are still some shortcomings,which hinder the development of Oolong tea industry.Based on the analysis of the effect of tea deep processing on Oolong tea industry,this paper discusses the application of tea deep processing technology in the development of Oolong tea,and puts forward targeted strategies to promote the development of Oolong tea deep processing,and provides useful reference for the development of Oolong tea industry.
