摘要
我国是世界上畜禽遗传资源最丰富的国家之一,保护利用好畜禽遗传资源意义重大。近年来,我国畜禽遗传资源保护与利用工作取得积极成效,但仍存在着保护能力薄弱、支撑体系不健全、开发利用不充分等问题。为全面加强我国畜禽种质资源保护与利用工作,本文从保护方式与管理体系(管理主体、科研支撑、法律与规划、国际合作、保护资金)两方面详细介绍了美国畜禽遗传资源保护与利用发展现状与特点。结合中国畜禽遗传资源发展的不足,在法律法规、开发利用、信息化管理、科研创新、资金来源、国际交流等方面提出具体的建议措施。
China is one of the countries in the world with the richest genetic resources of livestock and poultry.It is of great significance to protect and utilize the genetic resources of livestock and poultry.In recent years,the protection and utilization of livestock and poultry genetic resources in China have achieved positive results,but there are still problems such as weak protection capacity,unsound support system,and inadequate development and utilization in practice.In order to comprehensively enhance the protection and utilization of livestock and poultry genetic resources in China,this paper examines the current situation and characteristics of the protection and utilization of livestock and poultry genetic resources in the United States in terms of protection modes and management systems(including management subject,scientific research support,law and planning,international cooperation and protection funds).In combination with the deficiencies in the development of China's livestock and poultry genetic resources,specific suggestions and measures are proposed in terms of laws and regulations,development and utilization,information management,scientific research and innovation,sources of funds,and international exchanges.
