摘要
镇江位于长三角地区重要位置,是“铁公水”枢纽城市,为物流业发展提供优越的交通运输保障。近年来,镇江物流业持续激发市场主体创新活力,在促进降本增效、加速转型升级、优化运输组织、深化交通物流融合等方面[1-2]持续发力,成效显著。然而,与周边城市相比,港航优势逐渐错位,产业联动有所减弱,制度性约束相较明显,物流服务能力还有较大释放空间。文章从深化物流发展助力产业强市的角度,从发挥港航优势、完善枢纽布局、强化制度保障等方面提出推动镇江物流发展的对策建议,为镇江产业高质量发展作出贡献。
Zhenjiang is located in an important position in the Yangtze River Delta,and the hub city of"Tiegongshui"provides superior transportation guarantee for the development of logistics industry.In recent years,Zhenjiang logistics industry has continued to stimulate the innovation vitality of market players,and has made continuous efforts in promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement,accelerating transformation and upgrading,optimizing transportation organization,and deepening the integration of transportation and logistics[1-2],with remarkable results.However,compared with the surrounding cities,the advantages of port and shipping are gradually misplaced,the industrial linkage is weakened,the institutional constraints are obvious,and the logistics service capacity still has a large space to release.From the perspective of deepening the development of logistics to help the industrial strength of the city,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Zhenjiang logistics from the aspects of giving full play to the advantages of port and navigation,improving the layout of the hub and strengthening the system guarantee,so as to make contributions to the high-quality development of Zhenjiang industry.
