摘要
第三方物流是现代物流的重要模式,但目前存在立法滞后与空白、缺乏体系性与专业性、现行立法难以适应国际化发展趋势、内部监管机制缺失与外部监管模式单一等诸多法律问题。这些问题不利于该行业的良性发展,文章针对立法体系的缺陷与监管体系的不足,提出了相应的完善对策。
Third-party logistics is an important mode of modern logistics.However,at present,there are many legal issues such as legislative lag and gaps,lack of systematicity and professionalism,difficulty in adapting current legislation to international development trends,lack of internal regulatory mechanisms,and single external regulatory models.These issues are not conducive to the healthy development of the industry.This paper proposes corresponding improving measures to address the shortcomings of the legislative system and the regulatory system.
