摘要
为减少碳排放,以电熔镁砂、鳞片石墨、Al-Si复合粉、α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉为原料,分别选用新型环保的络合镁铝胶结剂(简写为W粉)和酚醛树脂(简写为PF)为结合剂,制备了MgO-C耐火材料,对比了其物理性能及抗热震性。结果表明:1)不同温度处理后,以W粉结合的试样W的线变化率、显气孔率均大于以PF结合的试样PF,体积密度、常温耐压强度略小于试样PF的;2)试样W比试样PF的抗热震性好,且试样W热震1次后的常温抗折强度比热震前的提高19.2%。
In order to reduce carbon emissions,MgO-C refractories were prepared using fused magnesia,flake graphite,Al-Si composite powder andα-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder as raw materials,and new environmental friendly complex magnesium-aluminum cementing agent(abbreviated as W powder)and phenolic resin(abbreviated as PF)as binders,respectively.The physical properties and thermal shock resistance of the MgO-C refractories were compared.The results show that:(1)after different temperature treatment,W powder bonded samples have higher linear change rate and apparent porosity but lower bulk density and cold compressive strength than PF bonded samples;(2)W bonded samples have better thermal shock resistance than PF bonded samples,and the cold modulus of rupture of the sample bonded with W after one thermal shock is increased by 19.2%.
