摘要
介绍了硼铁合金的分类、成分要求以及目前硼铁合金的主要用途,硼铁合金生产工艺概况和研究进展情况,重点介绍了永磁及软磁合金用低铝、低碳硼铁的生产技术和研究现状.针对当前传统碳热还原硼铁生产情况,文章认为提升装备自动化水平和浇注工艺水平是重点发展方向,同时指出研发新型复合硼铁合金产品及生产工艺方式是硼铁合金发展的研发重点.
In the paper,the classification,composition requirements and main applications of ferroboron alloy are introduced.The production process and research progress of ferroboron are also introduced,the production technology and development status of low aluminum and low carbon ferroboron for permanent magnet and soft magnetic alloy are emphatically introduced.In view of the current production situation of traditional carbon-thermal reduction of ferroboron,the article thinks that the improvement of the level of equipment automation and pouring technology is the key development direction.At the same time,it is pointed out that the research and development of new composite ferroboron products and production processes are the key points of ferroboron development.
