摘要
近年来,随着我国体育建筑的迅速发展及全民健身运动的大力倡导,全民健身中心的累计建成数量和增长速度逐年攀升。然而,现有的全民健身中心由于室内运动空间布局紧凑、全天运动人群密集及夏季主要依赖空调主动调节室内热环境等原因,使全民健身中心夏季时在空调模式下不仅产生巨大制冷能耗,而且对长期处于空调环境中运动人群的健康也有不利影响。另外,大多数空调系统设定的舒适温度根据的是静态人体的热舒适指标,而运动人群热可接受范围较静态人体热舒适范围有明显差异。因此,探求运动人群的热可接受范围是建构全民健身中心健康设计模式亟待解决的问题。襄阳地区夏季闷热、冬季湿冷,为切实改善当地全民健身中心室内的运动热环境质量,进行了针对运动人群的主观问卷调查和室内外热环境数据的收集和分析。研究结果显示,襄阳地区全民健身中心夏季室内运动人群在静坐与在跑步机上保持4 km/h中速走、6 km/h快速走和7 km/h跑运动至15~20 min时的热中性温度分别为26.4℃、21.3℃、10.3℃和-1.4℃,以及4种状态对应的80%运动热可接受操作温度范围和上限分别为24.9~31.1℃、28.6℃、27.3℃和25.9℃。有助于更好地理解自然通风状态下体育建筑中不同强度运动人群的热感受状态,并为襄阳地区自然通风全民健身中心室内运动空间的被动设计提供依据。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's sports buildings and the vigorous advocacy of the national fitness movement,the cumulative number and growth rate of the national fitness centers have increased year by year.However,the existing national fitness centers not only generate huge cooling energy consumption in summer,but also have a negative impact on the health of the sports people who have been exercising in the air-conditioning environment for a long time due to the compact indoor sports space layout,dense sports population and the main reliance on air-conditioning to actively regulate the indoor thermal environment.In addition,the comfort temperature set by most air-conditioning systems is based on the thermal comfort index of static human body,and the thermal acceptable range of sports people is significantly different from that of static human body.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to explore the thermal acceptable range of sports people in order to construct the health design mode of the national fitness center.Xiangyang areas are hot in summer and cold in winter.In order to improve the quality of the indoor thermal environment of the national fitness centers in Xiangyang areas,this paper conducted a subjective questionnaire survey,collected and analyzed the indoor and outdoor thermal environment data.The research results show that the thermal neutral temperature of indoor sports people in Xiangyang national fitness center in summer is 26.4℃,21.3℃,10.3℃and-1.4℃when sitting,walking at 4 km/h,walking at 6 km/h and running at 7 km/h on treadmill for 15~20 minutes,and the acceptable operating temperature range and upper limit of 80%sports people under these four exercise conditions are 24.9~31.1℃,28.6℃,27.3℃and 25.9 C.This study helps to better understand the thermal feeling state of sports people with different exercise intensity in sports buildings under natural ventilation,and provides a basis for the passive design of naturally ventilated sports space of national fitness center
