摘要
菊苣酸是一种重要的多酚化合物,在许多植物中广泛存在。菊苣酸具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、提高免疫力等多种生物活性,在调节能量代谢、糖代谢方面有独特功能,具有干预肥胖等代谢疾病的潜力。近年来国内外不断有关于菊苣酸调节糖代谢的研究,通过对菊苣酸调节糖代谢的研究现状进行综述,旨在为防治糖代谢紊乱和开发菊苣酸提供依据。
Cichoric acid is an important polyphenolic compound,which widely exists in many plants.Cichoric acid has a variety of biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-oxidation,improving immunity.It also has a unique function in regulating energy metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism,and has the potential to intervene in metabolic diseases such as obesity.In recent years,there have been continuous studies on the regulation of Chicory acid on carbohydrate metabolism at home and abroad.Through the review of the current research situation of Chicory acid regulating carbohydrate metabolism,the purpose is to provide a basis for the treatment of carbohydrate metabolism disorder and the development of Chicory acid.
