摘要
目的 优化艾叶挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺。方法 以艾叶挥发油得率为考察指标,结合药材粒度、液料比、浸泡时间、提取时间和氯化钠浓度5个单因素试验结果,通过Plackett-Burman试验设计筛选提取过程中的主要因素,进而运用Box-Behnken响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺。结果 优化的最佳工艺为药材粒度为10目,液料比为17.5:1、氯化钠浓度为3%、浸泡时间为4.5 h、提取时间为4.5 h。在此条件下,挥发油得率平均为0.70%,预测值为0.72%,与预测值基本相符。结论 优化所得艾叶挥发油提取工艺合理,可为其后续的应用研究提供参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi by steam distillation.Methods With the yield of volatile oil as the index,the main factors in the extraction process were screened by Plackett-Burman test design on the basis of particle size,liquid-solid ratio,soaking time,extraction time and sodium chloride concentration.Based on this study,the steam distillation extraction process of volatile oil was used by Box-Behnken response surface method.Results The optimized extraction process was chosen that mesh number was 10,liquid-solid ratio was 17.5:1,concentration of sodium chloride was 3%,soaking time was 4.5 h,extraction time was 4.5 h.Under these conditions,the average yield of volatile oil was 0.70%,and the predicted value was 0.72%,which was basically consistent with the predicted value.Conclusion This optimal extraction technology is reasonable and workable,which can provide reference for its subsequent application.
