摘要
针对电网企业核心班组建设问题,提出从技能培训、人员技能、装备配置、激励机制等方面入手,切实提升安全生产核心业务能力,强化核心班组能力和队伍建设,着力促进各类运检班组全业务自主实施能力,全面建设“作业自主、安全可控、技能过硬、创新高效”的设备运检全业务核心班组。
As for the construction of core teams in power grid enterprises,it is proposed to intensify the core business capability of safe production,strengthen the core team capacity and team construction,focus on promoting the team independent practice capabilities in a variety of operation and maintenance businesses and comprehensively build a core team for undertaking equipment operation and maintenance businesses of independent operation,safe and controllable operation,excellent skills,innovation and high efficiency,from the aspects of enhancing skill training,personnel skills,equipment allocation,and incentive mechanism.
