摘要
论文主要研究早强改性剂对EPS(expandable polystyrene,可发性聚苯乙烯)匀质改性保温板物理力学性能的影响,其外掺量分别设置为0、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%、1.1%、1.4%,采用标准试验方法测试了试件的容重、抗压强度、抗拉强度以及弯曲韧性。结果表明:适量早强改性剂有利于缩短保温板的早期拆模时间,保温板抗压强度、抗拉强度以及弯曲韧性也得到优化,其各项性能均满足《匀质改性防火保温板建筑外保温系统应用技术导则》DBHJ/T 015-2014标准的要求。
The influences of early strength modifier on the physical and mechanical properties of EPS homogeneously modified insulation board were investigated.The dosage of early strength modifier was set as 0,0.2%,0.5%,0.8%,1.1%,1.4%respectively.The unit weight,compressive strength,tensile strength and bending toughness of the specimens were tested by standard test methods.The results indicate that:an appropriate amount of early strength modifier is conducive to shorten the early form removal time of the insulation board,and the compressive strength,tensile strength and bending toughness of the insulation board are also optimized.Its various properties meet the requirements of DBHJ/T 015—2014“Homogeneous modification of fire insulation board building exterior insulation system application technology rules”.
