摘要
目的 分析人文理念关怀护理对白内障手术患者术后康复效果与心理状态的影响。方法 90例白内障手术患者随机分为两组各45例。术后,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文理念关怀护理。比较两组的视力水平、心理状态以及并发症。结果 护理后,观察组的视力水平高于对照组,SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文理念关怀护理在白内障手术患者术后的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者视力,调整其心理状态,降低患者术后并发症发生风险。
Objective To analyze the impact of humanistic concept care nursing on postoperative rehabilitation effect and psychological state of patients with cataract surgery.Methods 90 patients with cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic concept care nursing.The visual acuity,psychological state and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic concept care nursing has better application effect in patients after cataract surgery,which can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients,adjust their psychological state,and reduce the occurrence risk of postoperative complications.
