摘要
目的 探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床效果。方法 150例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为两组,常规组采用蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于常规组,黄疸持续时间、胎便排空时间及胆红素恢复正常时间均短于常规组,血清TBIL、 IBIL、DBIL、 CRP、 IL-6、 IL-8水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌四联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸可显著改善患儿的血清胆红素水平,减轻患儿的炎性反应,促进患儿康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods 150 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria combined with blue light irradiation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,the duration of jaundice,the time of meconium emptying and the time of bilirubin returning to normal were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the levels of serum TBIL,IBIL,DBIL,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice can obviously improve the serum bilirubin level,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the rehabilitation of neonates.
