摘要
目的 探讨改良经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的效果。方法 43例BPH患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规PKRP治疗,观察组采用改良PKRP治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的术中出血量、导尿管留置时间、手术时间、住院时间、术后IPSS评分、勃起功能障碍发生率及逆行射精发生率均低于对照组,术后Qmax、 IIEF-5评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 改良PKRP治疗BPH可减少手术用时及术中出血量,减轻对泌尿功能及性功能的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of modified transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 43 patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine PKRP,and the observation group was treated with modified PKRP.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount,catheter indwelling time,operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative IPSS score,incidence of erectile dysfunction and incidence of retrograde ejaculation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and postoperative Qmax and IIEF-5 score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified PKRP in the treatment of BPH can reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss amount,and reduce the impact on urinary function and sexual function.
