摘要
目的:探讨扶阳法在脾肾阳虚型亚健康疲劳状态中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年6月~2017年6月于秦皇岛市中医医院进行体检和膏方门诊收治患者400例,依据便利抽样法分成对照组(n=200)与中药组(n=200),对照组予以一般干预,中药组予以我院自拟温肾健脾膏,评估两组中医证候积分、疲劳程度、生活质量、免疫功能及临床疗效。结果:较治疗前,两组治疗3个月后中医证候积分、疲劳量表得分、CD8^(+)水平均降低,生活质量评分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、干扰素-γ水平均升高,且中药组变化幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组临床有效率为93.50%显著高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对脾肾阳虚型亚健康患者予以扶阳法进行治疗疗效显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,减轻其疲劳状态,提高其免疫功能及生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Fuyang Method in sub-health fatigue of spleen yang-deficiency and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 400patients admitted to the hospital from June 2014to June 2017were randomly divided into the control group(n=200)and the TCM group(n=200).The control group was given general interven-tion,while the TCM group was treated with self-made Wenshen Jianpi Ointment.TCM syndrome scores,fatigue degree,quality of life,immune function and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3months of treatment,TCM syndrome scores,fatigue score and CD8^(+)level decreased in both groups,while the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF scores and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and interferon-increased.The changes in the TCM group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical response rate in the TCM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.50%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang Method is effective in the treatment of patients with sub-health fatigue spleen yang-deficiency and kidney yang-deficiency syndrome,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and fatigue,improve immune function and quality of life.
