摘要
目的:探究自拟补肝益肾活血汤联合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的疗效。方法:纳入2020年4月~2021年12月112例肝肾不足型CSR患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,56例/组。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组给予自拟补肝益肾活血汤联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后颈椎活动度、炎性因子、血液流变学指标及颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后屈伸活动范围大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、MMP-3水平及血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CASCS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肝益肾活血汤联合针灸治疗肝肾不足型CSR的有效率较高,能降低机体炎症水平,改善血液循环,进而可减轻患者临床症状,改善颈椎功能。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of self-made Bugan Yishen Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:112patients with CSR of liver-kidney deficiency from April 2020to December 2021were included and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group was given acupuncture and moxibustion while the observation group was given self-made Bugan Yishen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,and cervical range of motion,inflammatory factors and hemorheological indicators and the Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total ffective rate of treatment and the range of flexion-extension motion in observation group was greater compared with that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand MMP-3and plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity and whole blood low-shear viscosity after treatment were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of CASCS in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Bugan Yishen Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a high effective rate in the treatment of liver-kidney deficiency of CSR,and it can reduce the body's inflammation and improve the blood circulation,thereby relieving the clinical symptoms and improving the cervical function.
