摘要
目的观察火针联合桃红四物汤加味外涂对老年性皮肤瘙痒症(SP)的长期疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年7月肇庆医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的120例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,观察组则采用火针结合桃红四物汤加味外涂治疗,均治疗4周,随访2年。比较2组患者治疗前后的瘙痒症状评分水平。结果随访6个月时,观察组患者的各项评分较前显著改善(P<0.05),且优于治疗组(P<0.05),随访24个月时,2组间各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论火针联合桃红四物汤加味外涂疗法在随访6个月时能有效改善患者的瘙痒症状,提高患者生活质量,说明其具有一定的远期疗效。
Objective To observe the long⁃term effect of fire needle combined with external application of Taohong Siwu decoction on senile pruritus.Methods A total of 120 patients with senile pruritus admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zhaoqing Medical College from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine.The observation group was treated with fire needle combined with Taohong Siwu decoction for 4 weeks and followed up for 2 years.The pruritus symptom scores and after follow⁃up were compared between the two group.Results At 6 months of follow⁃up,the scores of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and were better than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).At 24 months of follow⁃up,there was no statistical significance in the indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion fire needle combined with external application of Taohong Siwu decoction on senile pruritus can effectively improve the pruritus and inflammation and improve the quality of life of patients after 6 months of follow⁃up,which indicates that it has a certain long⁃term effect.
