摘要
目的分析高血压合并冠心病中医证型和心电图的关系。方法选择福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院健康管理中心体检者为研究对象,共300例,既往有高血压合并冠心病病史,按中医辨证分型,采取十二导联心电图检测,分析高血压合并冠心病中医证型和心电图之间的关系。结果300例体检者心电图中心肌缺血占比最多。心肌缺血以瘀血闭阻型、痰浊内阻型为主。QRS波群离散度从高到低分别为瘀血闭阻型、痰浊内阻型、寒凝心脉型、心肾阳虚型、心气亏虚型、心肾阴虚型。瘀血闭阻型和其他证型相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病不同的中医证型与心电图均存在一定关系。心电图在高血压合并冠心病中医证型判断中具有指导作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and electrocardiogram.Methods A total of 300 patients were selected from the Health Management Center of the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They had a history of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,12-lead electrocardiogram was used to detect the relationship between TCM syndrome type of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and electrocardiogram.Results Myocardial ischemia accounted for the most in the ECG of 300 cases.Myocardial ischemia is mainly caused by blood stasis blocking type and phlegm turbidness blocking type.The dispersion of QRS wave group from high to low was blood stasis blocking type,phlegm turbidness blocking type,cold coagulation heart pulse type,heart-kidney yang deficiency type,heart-qi deficiency type,heart-kidney yin deficiency type.Compared with other syndrome types of blood stasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between ECG and different TCM syndromes of hypertension and coronary heart disease.ECG plays a guiding role in judging the TCM syndrome type of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
