摘要
在全球产业链加速重构的新趋势下,提升我国产业链现代化发展水平具有重要的现实意义,作为世界第一大工业制造国家、能源消费大国,我国产业链转型对加快构建新发展格局、着力推动经济高质量发展具有重大影响。鉴于此,本文运用我国30个省市2011—2021年的面板数据和制造业分行业数据,通过构建指标体系,对区域、行业的产业链进行动态评价。研究发现,基于区域视角,各省产业链现代化发展不平衡,我国产业链发展整体呈上升趋势,部分省份产业链现代化发展更具有稳定性;基于行业视角,各行业产业链现代化发展差异较大,总体上可根据其现代化水平将各行业划分为引领型、成长型、低值型行业。本文从区域与行业两个角度对产业链现代化转型路径进行优化,并根据产业链的长度、宽度、深度、关联度有针对性地提出建议,以供参考。
Under the new trend of accelerated reconstruction of the global industrial chains,it is of great practical significance to enhance the modernization and development of China’s industrial chains.China is the world’s largest industrial manufacturing country and energy-consuming country;the transformation of China's industrial chains will have a great impact on accelerating the construction of new development patterns,and striving to promote the high-quality development of the economy.Given this,this paper applies the panel data and manufacturing sub-industry data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2021 to dynamically evaluate the industry chains of regions and industries by constructing an indicator system.It is found that from the regional perspective,the development of industrial chain modernization in each province is unbalanced;the overall development of China’s industrial chains is on an upward trend;the development of industrial chain modernization in some provinces is more stable;and from the industry perspective,the development of industrial chain modernization in each industry varies greatly,and on the whole,the industries can be classified into leading,growing and low-value industries according to their modernization level.This paper optimizes the transformation paths of industrial chain modernization from both regional and industry perspectives and puts forward targeted suggestions based on the length,width,depth,and relevance of industrial chains for reference.
