摘要
目的通过回顾性分析,观察穴位贴敷对轻型新型冠状病毒感染者临床症状和安全性的影响。方法将242例轻型新型冠状病毒感染者分为观察组和对照组。对照组无任何药物干预,治疗组予中药穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状的变化和相关不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者咽痛和鼻塞症状改善率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组2例患者出现轻微皮肤症状,判断为输液贴所致皮肤刺激,无需特殊处理。结论穴位贴敷可改善轻型新型冠状病毒感染所引起的咽痛和鼻塞的临床症状,且穴位贴敷未产生不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application on the clinical symptoms and safety of patients with mild coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)through retrospective analysis.Method A total of 242 patients with mild COVID-19 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group did not receive any drug intervention,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine.The changes of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of related adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the improvement rate of sore throat and nasal obstruction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,2 patients in the observation group had mild skin symptoms,which were judged to be skin irritation caused by the infusion patch and did not need special treatment.Conclusion Acupoint application can improve the clinical symptoms of sore throat and nasal obstruction in patients with mild COVID-19,and acupoint application has no adverse reactions.
