摘要
明中都、南京明故宫与北京故宫明代琉璃瓦胎体的物理性能、物相、烧成温度和化学组成的对比分析显示,明中都与南京明故宫的琉璃瓦样品在胎体化学组成、物相等方面有较强的一致性,与北京故宫明代琉璃瓦差异明显。三都建筑琉璃瓦胎体烧成温度则基本一致。表明明代三都琉璃瓦的胎料有不同来源,烧制工艺具有延续性。研究结果有助于了解明初琉璃瓦的传统制作工艺信息和发展水平。
Through comparative analysis of the physical properties,phase structure,firing temperature and chemical composition of the glazed tiles of Ming Dynasty in the Mingzhongdu,the Minggugong in Nanjing and the Forbidden City in Beijing,the results show that there is a strong consistency in the chemical composition and phase structure between the glazed tile samples of Mingzhongdu and the Minggugong in Nanjing,and the glazed tile samples of the Forbidden City in Beijing are obviously different.But the firing temperature of glazed tile bodies of the three capitals is basically the same.It shows that although the selection of raw materials for glazed tiles in the Ming Dynasty's three capitals has different sources,the firing process is continuous.The research results are helpful to understand the information of traditional technology and development level of glazed tile in the early Ming Dynasty.
