工艺陶瓷放射性无损检测研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 笔者简要介绍了工艺陶瓷的产品特点、受欢迎的原因及产业发展状况,简述了工艺陶瓷放射性的危害以及其放射性的来源,对比介绍了用于工艺陶瓷放射性检测的NaI闪烁体γ能谱仪和高纯锗γ能谱仪的性能特点和国家标准规定的简要流程,简单描述了可进行放射性无损检测的无源效率刻度技术,讨论了其相比有源效率刻度的优势,并分别介绍了蒙特卡洛法和数值积分法无源效率刻度的原理和国内外学者的验证,最后提出无源效率刻度法HPGeγ能谱仪是实现工艺陶瓷放射性无损检测的途径,指出了未来需要解决的研究难点。 Briefly introduces the product characteristics of crafts ceramics and the reasons for the popularity and industrial development,briefly describes the hazards of radioactive crafts ceramics and the sources of radioactivity,compares and introduces the performance characteristics of NaI scintillator gamma spectrometer and high purity germanium(HPGe)gamma spectrometer used for the radioactive detection of craft ceramics and the brief flow of the national standards,briefly describes the sourceless technology which can be used to carry out the non-destructive detection of radioactivity The advantages of sourceless over source efficiency calibration are discussed,and the principles of Monte Carlo and numerical integration sour-celess efficiency calibration and the validation of domestic and foreign scholars are introduced respectively.Finally,it is proposed that the source-less efficiency calibration method of HPGeγspectrometry is a way to realize non-destructive detection of radioactivity in craftsceramics,and the difficulties of future research need to be solved are pointed out.
