摘要
基于2009—2021年中国30个省(区、市)面板数据,利用全局主成分分析法和全局空间自相关法,实证分析中国农业循环经济高质量发展指数的时空演化特征。在此基础上,运用空间计量模型对中国农业循环经济高质量发展的空间相关性及驱动因素进行分析。结果表明:中国各省(区、市)农业循环经济高质量发展水平整体不断上升,且呈现显著空间分化趋势。其中,东部地区农业循环经济高质量发展水平相对较高,中西部和东北部地区相对较低。农业技术研发力度、区域经济发展水平、农村人力资本、农村基础设施建设是驱动中国省(区、市)农业循环经济高质量发展的重要因素。据此,提出优化农业资源投入结构、健全农村循环经济差异化发展机制、统筹农村绿色低碳资源配置的举措,以期为提升农业循环经济高质量发展水平提供理论参考与经验借鉴。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2009 to 2021,using the global principal component analysis method and the global spatial autocorre-lation method,it empirically analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the high-quality development index of China's agricultural circular economy.On this basis,a spatial econometric model is used to analyze the spatial correlation and driving factors of high-quality development of China's agricul-tural circular economy.The results indicate that the overall level of high-quality development of agricul-tural circular economy in various provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities of China is continuous-ly increasing,and there is a significant spatial differentiation trend.Among them,the high-quality de-velopment level of agricultural circular economy in the eastern region is relatively high,while the central,western,and northeastern regions are relatively low.From the perspective of driving factors,the strength of agricultural technology research and development,regional economic development level,rural human capital,and rural infrastructure construction are important factors driving the high-quality development of China's provincial agricultural circular economy.Based on this,it is proposed to optimize the investment structure of agricultural resources,improve the differentiated development mechanism of rural circular economy,and coordinate the allocation of green and low-carbon resources in rural areas,in order to pro-vide theoretical and empirical reference for improving the high-quality development level of agricultural circular economy.
