摘要
碳中和并不意味着不使用煤炭资源,世界各国对煤炭的需求决定着煤炭工业的发展,碳中和只能推动煤炭使用方向转变—转向为洁净煤。为此,文章以煤矿开采的宏观领域为依托,系统地分析碳中和背景下煤矿开采引发的环境问题,特别是对地表水和地下水造成污染及导致大气污染和噪声污染等,提出了改善措施,有利于推动碳中和目标和碳达峰目标实现。
Carbon neutrality does not mean the use of coal resources,the world's demand for coal determines the development of the coal industry,carbon neutrality can only promote the direction of coal use-to clean coal.Therefore,based on the macro field of coal mining,the paper systematically analyzes the environmental problems caused by coal mining under the background of carbon neutrality,especially the pollution caused by surface water and groundwater,air pollution and noise pollution,and puts forward improvement measures,which is conducive to promoting the realization of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking goals.
