减压渣油超临界萃取工艺路线研究

摘要 超临界萃取能有效提取出适合生产高粘度润滑油基础油的重组分。以某种减压渣油为原料,通过超临界萃取试验,进行减压渣油生产光亮油和高等级道路沥青的工艺路线研究。研究结果表明:得到的轻脱油在加氢精制的工艺处理后得到的反应产物液体收率>85%,运动粘度、粘度指数等关键指标均满足光亮油产品标准;同时萃取得到的重脱油可以调和生产合格的AH-70和AH-90高等级道路沥青,通过此项试验验证了减压渣油超临界萃取工艺路线的可行性和较强的适应性,在减压渣油的深加工利用方面具有较高的应用价值。 Supercritical extraction could extract the heavy components which were suitable for producing high viscosity lubricating base oil.By taking some residue oil as raw material,and through supercritical extraction test,it was researched that process route of bright stock production by residue oil and height class paving asphalt.The results showed that the reaction product liquid yield of light deoiling after hydrotreated was over 85%,and key index like the kinematic viscosity and viscosity index could meet bright stock level.At the same time,the heavy deoiling could be used to product AH-70 and AH-90 grade paving asphalt.The process route of residue oil supercritical extraction had good feasibility and adaptation,and had higher application value in deep processing utilization of residue oil.
