基于三方演化博弈的智能建造技术采纳激励机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 大数据背景下,智能建造技术是建筑业创新、转型的重要支撑,提高技术采纳和应用水平是建筑业长期稳定发展的重要保障。通过分析推广智能建造技术采纳过程中参与主体之间的博弈关系,基于演化博弈理论,构建政府、施工单位和技术供应商三方演化博弈模型,找出模型中平衡点及参与主体选择策略演化稳定条件,并用MATLAB数值仿真,探究三方演化稳定策略对政府投入成本、处罚金额、奖励补贴等参数变化的敏感度。研究结果表明,政府补贴、税收及罚金是影响各参与主体决策的关键因素。针对研究结果为政府制定宏观激励、采纳激励和开发激励相结合的激励机制,有助于调动组织成员的积极性,进而促进智能建造技术市场供需关系的平衡。 In the context of big data,intelligent construction technology is an important support for the innovation and transformation of the construction industry.Improving the level of technology adoption and application is an important guarantee for the long-term and stable development of the construction industry.Through the analysis of the game relationship between the participants in the process of promoting the adoption of intelligent construction technology,and based on the evolutionary game theory,the tripartite evolutionary game model of government,construction unit and technology supplier is built in this study,aiming to find out the equilibrium point in the model and the evolutionary stability conditions of participants’selection strategy.The sensitivity of the three-party evolutionary stability strategy to the changes of government input cost,penalty amount,incentive subsidy and other parameters was investigated by employing MATLAB numerical simulation.The results show that government subsidies,taxes and fines are the key factors affecting the decision-making of participants.This study is helpful for the government to establish the incentive mecha nism of combining supply and demand with market intelligence,so as to promote the devel-opment of the incentive relationship between the members of the organization and promote the adoption of targeted technology.
