摘要
以硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥-半水石膏三元胶凝材料为研究体系,利用量热仪、XRD、TG-DSC等测试手段分析了不同配合比对三元胶凝材料水化放热和水化产物的影响,并测试13组不同配合比的三元胶凝材料流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度等物理力学性能。结果表明:三元胶凝材料产物相主要为钙矾石、Ca(OH)_(2)、二水石膏与单硫型硫铝酸钙等,但配合比对三元胶凝材料水化进程的影响较大。基于相关性分析发现,半水石膏含量越大,三元胶凝材料流动度越小;硫铝酸盐水泥含量越大,三元胶凝材料初凝越快;硅酸盐水泥含量越大,三元胶凝材料28 d龄期的抗压强度越低。
Takes sulphoaluminate cement-Portland cement-hemihydrate gypsum ternary cementitious materials as the research system in this paper,analyzes the effect of mixdesign on the hydration heat and hydration products of ternary cementitious materials by means of calorimeter,XRD and TG-DSC,and tests the physical and mechanical properties such as fluidity,setting time and compressive strength of 13 groups of ternary cementitious materials with different mix design.The results show that the product phases of ternary cementitious materials are mainly ettringite,Ca(OH)_(2),dihydrate gypsum and AFm,etc.,but the mix design has great influence on the hydration process of ternary cementitious materials.Based on the correlation analysis,it was found that the higher the content of hemihydrate gypsum,the smaller the fluidity of ternary cementitious materials;the higher the content of sulphoaluminate cement,the faster the initial setting;the higher the content of Portland cement,the lower the compressive strength at 28 d.
