摘要
目的探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)在学龄前儿童支原体肺炎和病毒性肺炎鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至12月济南市第二妇幼保健院收治的589例肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较病毒性肺炎和支原体肺炎的影像学特征。结果病毒性肺炎HRCT表现磨玻璃影占比高于支原体肺炎,小叶中心结节、肺门淋巴结肿大占比低于支原体肺炎(P<0.05)。结论胸部HRCT的影像学表现有助于鉴别病毒性肺炎和支原体肺炎。
Objective To explore the application application value of high resolution CT(HRCT)in differential diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia and viral pneumonia in preschool children.Methods The clinical data of 589 children with pneumonia admitted to the Second Children and Women’s Health Care of Jinan City from January to December 2021 were retrospectively analyz ed,and the imaging features of viral pneumonia and Mycoplasma pneumonia were compared.Results The proportion of ground glass shadow in HRCT of viral pneumonia was higher than that of Mycoplasma pneumonia,and the proportion of centrilobular nodules and hilar lymph node enlargement was lower than that of Mycoplasma pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion The imaging findings of chest HRCT can help differentiate viral pneumonia from Mycoplasma pneumonia.
