混合子模块MMC结构的直流变压器控制系统设计

摘要 为了提高混合子模块MMC结构直流变压器的运行稳定性,解决现有控制系统存在的控制效果不佳的问题,从硬件和软件功能两个方面,实现直流变压器控制系统的优化设计。按照混合子模块MMC结构改装控制器,优化可控电抗器的内部结构,调整过流保护电路的连接方式,完成硬件系统的优化。根据直流变压器的混合子模块MMC结构和工作原理构建等效模型,在该模型下,检测直流变压器的实时运行数据,计算电压和电流的控制量。在控制器的作用下,通过直流输出电压闭环控制、电流解耦控制和子模块均压均流控制3个步骤,实现系统的控制功能。通过系统测试得出结论:应用设计的控制系统,直流变压器的电压与电流控制误差均低于预设值,且电压不均衡度指标仅为0.002,由此说明优化设计系统具有良好的控制效果。 In order to improve the operation stability of DC transformer of hybrid sub-module MMC structure and solve the problem of poor control effect of the existing control system,the optimization design of DC transformer control system is realized from two aspects of hardware and software functions.Refit the controller according to the MMC structure of the hybrid sub-module,optimize the internal structure of the controllable reactor,adjust the connection mode of the overcurrent protection circuit,and complete the optimization of the hardware system.The equivalent model is constructed according to the hybrid submodule MMC structure of DC transformer and the working principle.Under this model,the real-time operation data of DC transformer is detected and the control amount of voltage and current is calculated.Under the action of the controller,the control function of the system is realized through three steps:DC output voltage closed loop control,current decoupling voltage control and subflow control.Through the system test,it is concluded that in the designed control system,the voltage and current control error of the DC transformer are lower than the preset value,and the voltage imbalance index is only 0.002,which indicates that the optimized design system has good control effect.
