摘要
随着带钢、薄板、汽车板等钢材市场竞争的日益激烈,对钢材机械力学性能的要求不断提高,钢厂生产机组对钢板机械力学性能的检测水平也需不断提高。为解决传统物理、化学试验的缺陷,如检测的非连续性、时间延迟高和材料损失等,本文设计开发了一套机械力学性能自动化在线无损检测系统,能够连续实时地提供整个钢卷可靠的抗拉强度Rm、屈服强度Rp0.2值、延伸率,应变硬化指数、塑性应变比及烘烤硬化值等,有助于生产人员及时、有效地发现钢板机械力学特性趋势,从而提高对产品质量的控制能力,减少产品质量问题。
With the fierce competition in the steel market such as strip steel,thin plate and automobile plate,the market’s requirements for the mechanical properties of steel continue to increase,the detection level of the mechanical properties of steel plates by steel mill production units also needs to be continuously improved.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional physical and chemical tests,such as non-continuity of detection,high time delay and material loss,this paper designs and develops a set of automatic on-line non-destructive testing system for mechanical properties,which can provide reliable tensile strength R_(m),yield strength R_(p0.2) value,elongation,strain hardening index,plastic strain ratio and bake hardening value of the whole steel coil continuously in real time.It is helpful for production personnel to timely and effectively discover the trend of mechanical properties of steel plate,thereby improving the control ability of product quality and reducing product quality problems.
