北京市暴雨-突发地质灾害量化关系分析

摘要 强降雨是突发地质灾害的主要诱发因素,不同特点的强降雨诱发不同数量的突发地质灾害,研究暴雨强度与突发地质灾害之间的数量关系,成为防灾减灾工作的重要突破点之一。采用典型案例对比分析方法,在对北京3场典型特大暴雨及其激发的突发地质灾害特点分析的基础上,引入了暴雨强度指数和突发地质灾害响应指数,初步研究了降雨强度与突发地质灾害数量的关系。结果表明:暴雨强度指数越高,暴雨的致灾能力越强;暴雨强度与突发地质灾害数量存在指数关系。研究结果可为突发地质灾害防灾减灾和应急救灾部署提供参考,为有效提高防灾减灾的效率提供技术支撑。 Heavy rainfall is the main inducer of emergency geologic disasters,and different characteristics of heavy rainfall induce different quantities of emergency geologic disasters.The study on the quantitative relationship between heavy rainfall intensity and emergency geological disasters has become one of the important breakthrough points in disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the case analysis method,we analyze the characteristics of three heavy storms and the geo-disasters triggered by them in Beijing City and propose two indexes,the intensity index of heavy storms and the response index of emergency geo-disaster.Based on the two indexes,we study the quantitative relation between rainfall intensity and the number of emergency geo-disasters.The results showed that there was a well exponential relationship between the rainfall intensity and geo-disaster responding indexes,indicating that rainfalls with high intensity indexes had a large capacity to induce geo-disasters.The results can provide primary scientific evidence for the effective work deployment for geo-disaster reduction and mitigation,and as a technique support for increasing the efficiency of disaster prevention and loss reduction.
