摘要
酒钢7号高炉优化升级改造后,渣处理工艺由原来的嘉恒法改造为环保底滤法。本文对环保底滤法水渣工艺和现场生产运行存在问题进行分析,通过对滤池滤层结构改型,提高了滤池过滤效果,保证了系统运行稳定性,同时节约了设备维护成本。
After the optimization and upgrading of No.7 blast furnace in Jiusteel,the slag treatment technology has been changed from the original Jiaheng method to the environment-friendly bottom filtration method.In this paper,the problems existing in the process of environmental protection bottom filtration and on-site production and operation are analyzed.By modifying the filter layer structure of filter,the filter effect of filter is improved,the stability of system operation is ensured,and the equipment maintenance cost is saved.
